2024 Sustainability Report
With its second Sustainability Report, the Tecnikabel Group renews its commitment to responsible and sustainable development based on transparency, innovation and respect for people and the environment. A leader in the production of special, electrical and optical cables for over 45 years, with an international presence spanning Europe, the US, the Middle East and South-East Asia, Tecnikabel has chosen to play an active role in the energy and digital transition, making a tangible contribution to the sustainability of the sector.
The main goals include:
Reduction of environmental impact as a result of energy efficiency measures and the installation of a new photovoltaic system capable of avoiding approximately 200 tonnes of CO2 emissions per year.
Development of human capital, with a 10% increase in training hours per employee, a 20% reduction in accidents and greater gender equality, with +15% women in middle management positions by 2025.
