Whistleblowing
Tecnikabel SpA has implemented a whistleblowing procedure through an internal channel for receiving, analysing and processing reports sent to the Company. The procedure complies with the new regulations introduced by Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law and national regulatory provisions (the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”).
Who can report?
Internal and external stakeholders:
- all employees;
- people with administrative, management, control, supervisory or representative functions;
- self-employed workers and collaborators;
- volunteers and interns, whether paid or unpaid;
- freelancers and consultants who provide services to the Company.
Others to whom whistleblower protection is extended:
- facilitators;
- persons in the same working environment who are bound by kinship up to the fourth degree and stable emotional ties;
- work colleagues with a habitual and ongoing relationship (e.g. friendship) in the same working environment;
- entities owned by the whistleblower or for which the whistleblower works or which operate in the same working environment.
What can be reported?
Information concerning conduct, actions and omissions that have come to light in the workplace and that may cause damage to Tecnikabel SpA by harming its integrity or the public interest may be reported.
