2025 Sustainability Report
With its 2025 Sustainability Report, the Tecnikabel Group renews its commitment to responsible and sustainable development based on transparency, innovation and respect for people and the environment. Active in the production of special electrical and optical cables for almost 50 years, with an international presence, Tecnikabel continues to make a tangible contribution to the energy and digital transition, integrating sustainability and responsibility into its choices.
The main goals include:
Improved environmental performance, with ISO 50001 certification for Tecnikabel’s energy management system, the inclusion of Scope 3 emissions in its carbon footprint and PRS recognition for the sustainable management of wooden pallets.
Development of human capital, with a 7% increase in the team, a 267.8% increase in training hours and 19% more women in management, alongside stronger governance through the 231/2001 organisational model, a new Code of Conduct and a new Code of Ethics.
